Inheritance proceedings
Inheritance comprises of the rights and obligations of the deceased person, that are governed by the civil law and related regulations. The inheritance procedure depends on the fact whether a bequeather has or has not drawn up the will. If the will has not been drawn up, the whole of inheritance is governed by the act of law, in compliance with the provisions of the Civil Code. It is also important that inheritance is subject to the law and related regulations that are in force on the day when the will is officially delivered and opened, namely upon the death of a bequeather.
